Dr. Othman Abdulrasheed is a distinguished Business Leadership Consultant, Trainer, keynote speaker, and author with extensive expertise in strategic business management. He holds a Professional Fellowship Doctorate in Strategic Business Management and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from SBS Swiss Business School.
With over 12 years of experience in the downstream oil and gas industry, Dr. Othman brings proven expertise in managing teams, sales forecasting, budget management, business development, and staff capacity building. As a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and member of the Forbes Coaches Council, he provides strategic guidance to our leadership team.

Dr. Peter Oyeneye is a distinguished communications professional with over 30 years of experience in teaching, training, and practicing Communication, Public Relations, and Management. He holds a Ph.D in Biblical Studies, Master of Science Degree in Public Relations, and multiple professional qualifications in Communication, Marketing, and Public Administration.
As a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) since 2007 and winner of the NIPR Presidential Award for Excellence in 2001, Dr. Oyeneye brings unparalleled expertise to our strategic communications initiatives. He has served as National Training Coordinator of NIPR and presented keynote addresses in 34 of Nigeria's 36 states and internationally.
Dr. Oyeneye is the author of 12 books and serves as a Public Affairs Analyst on TV and Radio stations. Through his leadership at Advanced Management Academy and various advisory roles, he has trained senior staff and management across over 50 public and private sector organizations.
